Installation

Once your product is delivered, a Livpure water purifier installation agent from your area will connect with you within 24 hours. He will install the water purifier post confirming a suitable time to visit your place. Basic plumbing work to install the RO will be done by the service agent. Other plumbing work will not be covered and will be done as per the requirement with additional costs.

The water pressure at your house should be good enough to use for the water purifier. If the pressure is not enough, a pressure pump will be provided to the customer at an additional cost of Rs. 3000.
+
If you have bought a Platino+ Copper Water Purifier, the TDS Levels should be below 2000, while TDS level should be below 1500 for other water purifiers. If the TDS is higher than this, extra pre-filter will be provided to the customer at an added cost of approximately Rs.1500.

Customers can inquire about Livpure products on the portal 'Livpure.in' or directly get in touch with the call center, or mail us. Also, there is an option of Home Demo. Customers can register online for the free demo.

Sales Representative will fix an appointment with the customer as per the convenience of the customer. On Appointment date and time Sales Representative will visit the customer, conduct a water / air test , and suggest a suitable product to the customer.

Water Purifier

Dissolved Impurities such as Pesticides, Rust, Heavy Metals, Arsenic, and Fluoride etc. are harmful for Human Body. They also spoil the taste of water. The water becomes healthy as well as tasty when these dissolved impurities are reduced from water by using the right water purifier.

Boiling kills bacteria and viruses but does not remove harmful dissolved impurities such as Pesticides, Rust, Heavy Metals, Arsenic, Fluoride etc. Boiling water only helps you remove the physical impurities that are present in water. Presence of such impurities in water may cause serious diseases such as cholera, hepatitis A & B, jaundice, typhoid and even cancer.

The most commonly used methods of purification are (A) Ultra Violet Based Technology (B) Reverse Osmosis Technology (C) Resin Based like Chlorine, Bromine and Iodine. (D) Traditional Methods like Filtration by Cloth, Boiling and Alum etc.

The consumption of electricity in water purifiers is negligible. It has a power consumption of 25 watts. On an average if a family drinks 15 Litres of drinking water per day the electric consumption will be approximately 1.52 units per year. Power consumption may vary slightly for different models.

No. it is recommended to drain the first cycle of water that is filled in the storage tank when the new Livpure RO is installed, and also whenever cartridges are changed.

The rejected water can be used for household purposes like washing utensils, watering plants, mopping, cleaning, etc.

The foam layers change as per the mattress:

  • All our mattresses have a base layer of support foam. It is usually firm layer comprised of High Resilience High Density Foam.
  • The Top layers are the comfortable layers typically Memory Foam, Latex that gives cushioning comfort. For select ranges the mattress also has a transition layer for orthopaedic support.
  • The Jeeva mattress comes with 100% natural latex and plant oil-based foam.

In addition, our 6, 8 inch Ortho mattress comes in an anti-slip base which helps in keeping the mattress stable and avoids skidding off the surface. It also comes with a removable and washable outer cover certified by OekoTex 100

The memory foam in OrthoX Basic version has a density of 45D. On the other hand, the advanced variant of OrthoX and both Basic and Advance variants of Regal Mattress have a density of 60D.

We use internationally certified material in our mattresses. They are produced in a completely safe process and are made without any harmful or dangerous chemicals such as ozone depleters, mercury, lead and other heavy metals, formaldehyde etc. Further, the textiles used in our mattress are OEKO-TEX certified. Just as we look to support you with the most comfortable and innovative layers of foam technology, it is equally as important that you select a base or frame to ensure the optimal level of structure and support. We suggest the following options under your Livpure Smart mattress:

  • Firm platform base / flat base
  • Slatted base with unyielding slats thick enough to support the mattress
  • Traditional box spring with a bunk board (or piece of plywood) on top of box spring (under mattress)
You can also enjoy the mattress on the floor! When selecting a foundation for your mattress, firmer and flatter is always better.

It’s easy! Our mattress comes with a cover that is removable and fully washable - either in machine or by hand. Depending on usage, we recommend you wash once every 2-3 weeks. Please note that the foam does not need to be washed

  • Put the pillow on a flat surface.
  • Place a stick/ruler perpendicular on top of the pillow.
  • Measure the length from the surface to the edge of the stick/ruler.
  • Measure the length of the pillow from top to bottom along its edges.
  • Measure the width of the pillow from end to end along its edges.

Trial and warranty

All our mattresses are designed for high performance and come with an up to 10-year warranty, including custom-sized mattresses. Our mattresses do not have any moving parts, the two major components are the foam and the fabric cover. The warranty covers any issues with the foam - i.e. sinking, pitting, sagging or any pre-existing defect that is not customer caused, any undulations on the mattress surface, or splits in the foam. If there is any sagging of more than 1-inch, please send us pictures and we will proceed with the replacement of your mattress. Please note, that this warranty is only for mattresses, please check our FAQ section for warranty on other products.

Sleeping

If the mattress is still too soft or too hard for you, there are a couple of things you can try.

  • Some people just like firm or very soft mattresses. You can buy a mattress topper that's either very firm or soft (based on your preference) and place it on your mattress. Please email us at care@livpuresleep.com and we can guide you on that.
  • You can flip the mattress upside down. The base of the mattress is made of HR foam and it might suit your body. Don't forget to take off the cover and turn it upside down too so that you sleep on the striped / top side of the cover.

  • Step 1: Lay the box on its side next to your bed frame.
  • Step 2: Place the rolled up mattress on your bed frame and remove outer plastic cover.
  • Step 3: Unfold the mattress and use the provided cutting tool to carefully remove the inner plastic cover.
  • Step 4: Watch in amazement as your mattress magically expands!

Returns

After we receive your returned mattress, we will check it for damages. If mattress is in good condition, we will refund the entire amount. The entire process to return the mattress and get a refund will take anywhere between 2-3 weeks after the return process is approved.

Simply contact care@livpuresleep.com and provide us with your account or purchase information. If you decide that you want to return your mattress we will send a courier to pick it up from your home. Your original form of payment will be refunded 100%. No hard feelings. We still wish you the best of dreams!

Even though our box is incredibly well designed and very cool if you decide that you want to return your mattress we will send a courier to pick it up from your home at which time we will donate the mattress to one of our amazing local charity affiliates. Yes, we do! We provide COD option during payment for orders under Rs. 5,000. After you reach the payment page, just select COD. Once you place the order, we will email or call back to confirm the order.
